“A new hero unleashed.”

In London, the Dalmatian family has grown to 101 puppies, and Patch is lost in the pile. He feels like one spot among hundreds, never the one anyone singles out. When moving day leaves him behind, he meets his hero, the TV dog Thunderbolt (Barry Bostwick), who puts him to work on a publicity campaign, and for once Patch gets to be somebody.
