A young man and his lover are racing through a bloody night, and the hospital is not where they are headed. Nasr Abdelrahman Zidan (Ahmed Dawood) and Amina (Amina Khalil) share the dark with an ambulance driver, Emad (Mohamed Mamdouh), and a pair of doctors, none of whom they have reason to trust. Yasser Al Yasseri made the first Egyptian film shot in 4DX, so the theater itself is part of the ordeal.
