“Welcome to the neighborhood.”

Sarah (Nicole Brydon Bloom) moves into a one-bedroom at the Asilo Del Mar Apartments in Los Angeles, with plenty of space, group barbecues, and a cute neighbor next door. David Marmor, making his directorial debut, keeps the camera inside the building with her.
