At a college where the esports team gets the funding and the attention, Valerie quits the squad and learns her scholarship goes with it. A loophole offers one way back: find a coach and build a varsity-caliber team good enough to reach the State Finals. Kyle Newman follows Valerie (Paris Berelc) as she recruits a crew that includes Parker (Ruby Rose) and Sloane (Hari Nef), needing every one of them to keep her place in school.
