2 Days in Paris

“He knew Paris was for lovers, he just didn't think they were all hers.”

Marion (Julie Delpy) is a photographer who brings her boyfriend Jack (Adam Goldberg) to Paris, hoping two days at her parents' place will repair a relationship that has gone slack. The trip puts Jack in front of her family and her exes, and Marion switches between French and English to translate or to avoid it. Delpy, who also wrote and edited the film, lets the days drift from one awkward meeting to the next.
