“How fast do you like it?”

Miami, and Brian O'Conner (Paul Walker), an ex-cop, is back behind the wheel, paired with his old friend Roman Pearce (Tyrese Gibson), who has just done time. They agree to carry a shipment of dirty money for the import-export dealer Carter Verone (Cole Hauser), though agent Monica Fuentes (Eva Mendes) has quietly put them there. John Singleton fills the frames with Miami's bright sun and the glossy paint of cars at full throttle.
