200 Meters

Mustafa (Ali Suliman) lives in a Palestinian village just 200 meters from his wife Salwa (Lana Zreik) and their children, with the wall between them. Each night he flashes a light from his balcony to wish the kids goodnight, and they flash back. Ameen Nayfeh follows him when a call about his son sends him toward the checkpoint, where his fingerprints are refused, and the only thing left on the balcony is that small signal light.
