“The revenge of the Professional.”

Charly Matteï (Jean Reno), a retired mobster, is shot twenty-two times in a parking garage and left for dead by a man he has known since they were boys. He lives, and he sets out to find whoever gave the order. Richard Berry, adapting a novel based on the life of Jacky Imbert, builds the film around loyalty, and what it costs when a friend of forty years turns on you.
