28 Days Later

Twenty-eight days after a virus slipped out of a British research facility, Jim (Cillian Murphy), a bicycle courier, wakes from a coma in a hospital bed and walks out into an emptied London. Danny Boyle follows him as he meets Selena (Naomie Harris) and Frank (Brendan Gleeson), survivors who treat every stranger as a threat. The infection spreads through animals and people alike, and for Jim and the others, staying alive means never staying in one place.
