Violence at Lincoln High has become routine enough that the authorities no longer stop it. Drugs move through the halls, and a gang called the Cobras runs the school, with Whitey (Bradford Bancroft) among them. Only Jeff Hannah (Adam Baldwin) stands outside their reach, and Larry Gross shoots the building as a place where the clock keeps ticking toward a reckoning.
