“Tum Tum, Colt and Rocky are back for all new non-stop Ninja action!”

A secret disk holds the proof that someone is poisoning a local Indian community, and nobody in town will help find it. Brothers Rocky (Michael Treanor), Colt (Max Elliott Slade) and Tum Tum (Chad Power) go looking for their friend Joe's missing father, under the watch of Grandpa (Victor Wong). A rich man owns the town, the police and the mayor, so the three boys stand against a motorcycle gang and renegade cowboys with the tribe's land on the line.
