4:44 Last Day on Earth

The world ends at 4:44 tomorrow morning, and Cisco (Willem Dafoe), an actor, spends what is left of tonight in a New York apartment with Skye (Shanyn Leigh), a painter. Abel Ferrara keeps the day small, with a news anchor (Pat Kiernan) on the television and a man on the phone, voices from a world still talking. Cisco has no grand plan for these hours, and watching him choose how to spend them is the whole film.
