Franklin Fox (Josh Hutcherson) is a tech blogger who wants a story big enough to get people to listen to him. He gets his chance when he lands an interview with the tech guru Sig Thorenson (Greg Germann), then steps in to stop an attack on him. Rusty Cundieff follows Franklin as he picks up a strange ring, wears it, and finds the clock has gone back 57 seconds.
