“Joint lottery area”

Park Chun-woo (Go Kyung-pyo), a South Korean soldier, has a winning lottery ticket worth 5.7 billion won, and he wants it back after the wind carries it across the Military Demarcation Line. On the northern side, Lee Yong-ho (Lee Yi-kyung) and the other soldiers find it and have their own ideas about what it is worth. Park Gyu-tae builds the standoff as a crowd comedy, with a barbed-wire border and a lot of men arguing over one slip of paper.
