“Let go with love.”

Katie (Abbi Jacobson) is in Los Angeles getting ready for her surprise birthday party when she learns her brother Seth (Dave Franco) is using heroin again. She loads him into the car with his two-year-old daughter, and the three of them drive through the night looking for a detox center that will take him. Marja-Lewis Ryan keeps the film inside that one night, where a sister's love for her brother means driving him toward help.
