7 and 8

On 6 January 1975, in an infant nursery in Palermo, a male nurse swaps the labels on baby number 7 and baby number 8. Thirty-one years on, Tommaso (Salvatore Ficarra) and Daniele (Valentino Picone) meet by accident, and the film, from Giambattista Avellino and Ficarra, follows two men whose lives were handed to the wrong families. It is a comedy about how much of who you are comes from the people who raised you, and how much was only ever a label.
