“Timing is everything.”

Jack Tuliver (Wesley Snipes), an experienced thief, walks away from a job with a Van Gogh he was never meant to take. His partner is snatched by gangsters who want the painting back, and Jack has one night to work out how to get her out. Simon Fellows keeps the clock close, with the timers at the start set to 00:07, so every hour Jack spends planning is an hour she spends in their hands.
