7 Women and a Murder

The patriarch of a wealthy family is found murdered, and the seven women left in his mansion cannot leave until someone explains it. Margherita (Margherita Buy), Susanna (Diana Del Bufalo) and Agostina (Sabrina Impacciatore) are among those shut in with the suspicion that one of them did it. Alessandro Genovesi, remaking Ozon's 8 Women, stages the whole inquiry as a crowded drawing-room comedy.
