“This time Satan returns the call…”

Debbie James (Robin Jamison) just wants to get herself and her boyfriend Spike (Patrick O'Bryan) out of a small town before the night gets any worse. Her teacher, Mr. Grubeck (René Assa), has dialed a number that connects to Hell, and the phone call has left him with demonic powers and a taste for violence. Jim Wynorski keeps the two of them running from his rampage, and what holds them together is the plain fact that neither will leave the other behind.
