Louise Rossi Levi (Valeria Bruni Tedeschi) wants a child and a love that lasts, and both seem to be slipping away when she meets Nathan (Louis Garrel). Around her, her mother (Marisa Borini) and her ailing brother belong to a wealthy Italian industrial family whose fortune and world are coming apart. Bruni Tedeschi, who also directs, plays Louise herself, and the film was nominated for the Palme d'Or at Cannes in 2013.
