A Coffee in Berlin

“No job. No girl. No coffee.”

Niko Fischer (Tom Schilling) walks out of his latest morning in Berlin with no job, no plan, and a growing difficulty getting anyone to hand him a simple cup of coffee. Jan Ole Gerster follows him through a single day of odd encounters with friends and strangers, including Matze (Marc Hosemann), who is always nearby. By evening, Niko is still moving through the streets, still watching, still without his coffee.
