A Daughter

Pietro (Stefano Accorsi) is a widower raising his daughter Sofia (Ginevra Francesconi) alone, letting her wounds and his own tangle together. Years later, when he tries to build a new life with a woman named Chiara (Thony), Sofia's resistance becomes fierce and his patience fractures. The film finds its weight in the truth that love given without limit can become a cage for both the person who gives it and the one who receives it.
