A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner!

Timmy Turner (Drake Bell) is 23 years old and still in Mr. Crocker's fifth grade class in Dimmsdale, keeping his fairy godparents through a loophole in Da Rules: act like a kid and you keep your fairies. Then Tootie (Daniella Monet), once the dorky girl who chased him around, returns grown up, and Timmy falls for her, which counts as growing up. Savage Steve Holland keeps the live-action cartoon logic loud and bright, with magic doing the heavy lifting.
