A Gnome Named Gnorm

Casey Gallagher (Anthony Michael Hall) is a young Los Angeles cop who wants to be taken seriously, and a sting operation gone wrong gets his colleague killed and him blamed for the murder. The only witness is a gnome named Gnorm, who knows what happened and has no one else to tell. Stan Winston, better known for building creatures, puts the pair together as unlikely partners, with Casey's badge and his freedom both riding on the case.
