A Guide for the Married Man

(1967)Directed by Gene Kelly89 minComedy, Romance
“Fourteen Famous Swingers give you the do's and don't's for the man with the roving eye and the urge to stray!”

Paul Manning (Walter Matthau) has been married for years and wants his friend Ed Stander (Robert Morse) to see how it's done, meaning how a husband strays and never gets caught. He sets up a series of lessons for Ed, with Gene Kelly staging them as quick comic demonstrations and a long line of famous faces dropping in. Underneath the schemes is a plain question of whether a marriage survives a husband who is always looking elsewhere.
