A Guilty Conscience

A mother sits in jail for her daughter's murder, and the reason she is there is a mistake her own lawyer made. Adrian Lam (Dayo Wong Tsz-wah) takes the case back up with colleagues, including Gardner Tse Kwan-ho (Kam Yuen Shan), determined to clear her name. In his first feature, Jack Ng Wai-lun builds the film out of the details a trial is made of, the documents, the testimony and the questions put to each witness.
