A Holiday Spectacular

Maggie (Ginna Claire) is a Philadelphia heiress in 1958 with a high-society wedding on the calendar and a secret she has told almost no one: she wants to dance on stage in the Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall. So she puts the wedding on hold and slips away to New York City, with John Putch directing the story from there. Whatever the season is meant to hold, the film says it plainly, that a person ought to choose the life she would actually enjoy.
