“Calvin Fuller is about to break curfew...by 1500 years.”

An earthquake splits the ground open in Southern California, and Calvin Fuller (Thomas Ian Nicholas) drops through the crack into medieval Camelot. He learns the wizard Merlin pulled him there on purpose, because King Arthur (Joss Ackland) is about to lose his crown to the scheming Lord Belasco (Art Malik). Michael Gottlieb loosely adapts Mark Twain's old story and gives the knights a modern kid with modern gadgets to puzzle over.
