A Kind of Loving

Vic Brown (Alan Bates) works in a drawing office in Lancashire and has his own plans for how his life will go. He is drawn to his co-worker Ingrid Rothwell (June Ritchie), then cools on her, then turns back again. John Schlesinger follows Vic until Ingrid learns she is pregnant, and everything he expected for himself is suddenly up for negotiation.
