A Mighty Wind

“Back together for the first time, again.”

Irving Steinbloom, who managed folk acts through the early sixties, has died, and his son Jonathan (Bob Balaban) wants a memorial concert. That means getting three half-forgotten bands, including Alan Barrows (Christopher Guest) and Mitch Cohen (Eugene Levy), into one room for the first time in decades. Guest shoots it as a documentary about a reunion, and the people at its center have spent thirty years holding on to a few years of music.
