Heat Miser (George S. Irving) and his brother Snow Miser (Juan Chioran) have feuded for as long as anyone at the North Pole can remember. When Santa Claus (Mickey Rooney) is hurt in a sleigh malfunction, Mother Nature puts the two of them in charge of the toy factory as punishment. Dave Barton Thomas's stop-motion special leaves Christmas riding on whether they can cooperate, with the North Wind scheming to take Santa's place.
