A Night in the Life of Jimmy Reardon

“He's got 24 hours to convince the one girl he really loves that he's honest, faithful, and fully committed. It's going to be a long night.”

Jimmy Reardon (River Phoenix) has just graduated, and his father has already picked the next step, a business school Jimmy has no interest in. He wants Hawaii instead, and the only thing stopping him is that he has no money to get there. William Richert, adapting his own novel, follows the night Jimmy spends working out what he owes his parents and what he wants to be.
