A Nos Amours

Suzanne (Sandrine Bonnaire) is fifteen and moving through a string of quick, careless affairs, each one a way out of an apartment where nobody stays calm. At home she meets her brother Robert (Dominique Besnehard), her anxious mother, and her father (Maurice Pialat), a stern man who fills every room he walks into. Maurice Pialat directs, and in the father and daughter you see two people who want each other's attention and cannot ask for it.
