Astrid Schaar (Emmanuelle Devos) has kept the same silence for 25 years, and she has kept it to protect the household she shares with her husband François (Daniel Auteuil), a celebrated lawyer. Then her grown children start looking for justice, and the arrangement that held the family together begins to give way. Joachim Lafosse lets us watch Astrid across a table from François, her face still and her hands careful.
