Reyhan (Cemre Ebüzziya), Nurhan (Ece Yüksel) and Havva (Helin Kandemir) were sent to town as besleme, foster children kept as maids, and now each has been returned to their father's house in a poor village in the 1980s. No one explains why the town families let them go, and none of the girls will say. Emin Alper keeps them close together in that stagnant, gloomy village, three sisters holding on to each other.
