A Week's Vacation

Laurence Cuers (Nathalie Baye) teaches school and is close to coming apart, so she takes a week off to work out what she wants. Bertrand Tavernier follows her through visits with old friends and family while she weighs whether to keep teaching and whether to have a child with her boyfriend Pierre (Gérard Lanvin). Each conversation, whether with Pierre or her friend Anne (Flore Fitzgerald), shows how much she wants to be understood and how little she can say.
