A Whisker Away

(2020)Directed by Tomotaka Shibayama, Junichi Sato104 min · PGAnimation, Drama, Romance, Fantasy
“The magic that brought us closer.”

Miyo Sasaki (Mirai Shida) is a loud, restless girl who throws herself at her classmate Kento Hinode (Natsuki Hanae) and gets brushed off every time. So she takes a mask from a stranger (Koichi Yamadera) and becomes a white cat, slipping into Kento's home as Taro. Junichi Sato and Tomotaka Shibayama build the story on what Kento gives the cat and never gives the girl.
