Jiney (Race Wong) has just won an award for her photography, but she is unhappy with the work and keeps hunting for a subject that feels true. She photographs the aftermath of a fatal car accident, and from then on she cannot stop thinking about death. Oxide Pang follows her through the art school and the apartment she shares with Jas (Rosanne Wong), where beauty and dying start to sit very close together.
