About Adam

“He came. He saw. He conquered. One sister at a time.”

Nobody in the Owens family can quite say what Adam (Stuart Townsend) has that draws each of them in, one after another. Lucy (Kate Hudson), a waitress, meets him as a customer, and soon he is at the family table, charming her sisters, her brother and his girlfriend as well. Gerard Stembridge keeps the household crowded and loud, with Laura (Frances O'Connor) caught in the middle of it.
