Aces Go Places

King Kong (Sam Hui), a burglar with a reputation across Hong Kong, would like nothing more than to go on stealing in peace. The police catch up with him anyway and offer a deal, working beside Albert Au (Karl Maka) on a case involving stolen diamonds. Eric Tsang sets the chase and the comedy going at once, and the film keeps asking whether a thief can be trusted with a badge.
