Acrimony

“Hell hath no fury.”

Melinda Gayle (Taraji P. Henson) is sitting in a counselor's office, telling the story of her marriage to Robert (Lyriq Bent), a husband she spent years standing by while he chased his own plans. Tyler Perry moves back through the years she gave him, the money and patience and trust she put in. The film settles on the two of them, a couple held together by what she believed she was owed.
