“Naa Commitment, Naa Appointment, Only Punishment!”

The film opens in the dance clubs and back lots of an Indian city where the Russian Mafia Boss (Byron Gibson) has the streets sewn up. Vishi (Ajay Devgn) is a hard-hitting local fighter who looks exactly like Jay, a gentler man he runs into, and Prabhu Deva sets the two of them against the gangster together. Ajay Devgn plays both men, one in a leather jacket and one in plain shirtsleeves.
