Adam's Sake

Lucy (Léa Drucker), a head nurse, wants to keep a malnourished boy alive and finds the hospital's rules standing in her way. She bends them to let Adam (Jules Delsart) stay close to his mother, Rebecca (Anamaria Vartolomei), because medicine alone is not getting him better. Laura Wandel keeps the camera tight on the faces in the ward and lets the corridors do the rest.
