Addicted to Fresno

“They always find a way to get off.”

Fresno is where Shannon (Judy Greer) and her sister Martha (Natasha Lyonne) clean hotel rooms for a living. Shannon is a recovering sex addict and Martha is lonely, and when a guest at the hotel dies by accident, the two of them work out a series of ridiculous ways to cover it up. Jamie Babbit plays the whole mess in a flat, dry tone, as if two women hiding a body were just another shift.
