Adieu Galaxy Express 999

Two years after his first ride, Tetsuro Hoshino (Masako Nozawa) is called back to the Three-Nine while Earth has turned into a battlefield. Maetel (Masako Ikeda) waits for him there with a secret so terrible she can barely say it aloud, and Rintaro sends the train out again across the stars. Tetsuro stands at the window, the Conductor beside him, the galaxy running past in streaks.
