“Four cops, two hours, one psychopath with a deadly virus. If he's not dead by dawn...we are.”

Delon (Natasha Henstridge) is a Boston police officer working in 2007, after a lethal virus out of a collapsed Eastern Europe has put refugees into quarantine camps across the United States. A grisly murder inside the Boston camp pulls her into a partnership with Lemieux (Christopher Lambert), and the killer they chase may be infected. They have hours before he turns contagious. Albert Pyun keeps the pursuit moving at a run.
