Adrift

In 1983, the young sailor Tami Oldham (Shailene Woodley) and Richard Sharp (Sam Claflin) are crossing the Pacific toward Hawaii when they sail straight into Hurricane Raymond. Baltasar Kormákur follows Tami as she wakes to a wrecked boat, an injured Richard, and no radio. It is a story of love and of how far one person will go for the only man she has ever loved.
