A train carries book editor Helga Pato (Pilar Castro) home after she has left her husband in a remote psychiatric hospital. A stranger takes the seat beside her and says he is a psychiatrist, and he starts talking. Aritz Moreno sets the stories he tells inside one another, and Helga has to decide how much of any of it she can believe.
