Africano

In 2001, a young Cairo veterinarian named Badr (Ahmed Al Saqqa) and his brother-in-law Essam (Ahmed Eid) learn that Badr's uncle has left them a zoo in South Africa. They fly out and find Gamila (Mona Zaki) there, and a place buried in problems: lion attacks, greedy bankers, and relatives who would rather the zoo not be theirs. Amr Arafa's debut keeps the pace loose and loud, and under the slapstick it is about whether a family can hold onto what it was given.
