After Class

“Sometimes homework starts at home.”

Josh (Justin Long) is an NYC professor who has landed in trouble over his behavior at the college where he teaches. Then his grandmother Agatha (Lynn Cohen) is admitted to New York's Presbyterian Hospital and is expected to die within days, so the family gathers around her, Josh's mother Diane (Fran Drescher) among them. Daniel Schechter puts Josh in that hospital room for a week, trying to defend his name and be a good grandson at once.
